How long does shipping take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
How much is shipping?
$6.99 flat in the US. Free on orders over $100.
How do sizes fit?
Each product page has a size chart. Our hoodies and tees are unisex. Please check it before you order.
Can I return something?
No. Halvo and its creators make custom apparel and accessories, made to order just for you. All sales are final: there are no returns on any purchase.
What does "50% of profit" mean?
Take the sale price and subtract what the order actually cost: the blank and print, shipping and payment processing. What's left is profit, and the creator gets half. See The Split.

How old do I have to be to sell on Halvo?
18 or older to join on your own. Creators aged 13 to 17 can join with a parent or legal guardian who co-signs the creator agreement. We can't accept creators under 13.
How do creators get paid?
Monthly, by direct deposit to a US bank account, for the previous month's orders. For creators under 18, payouts go to a parent or guardian's bank account, or a teen account they co-own. We need a W-9 tax form before the first payout; for minors, the parent or guardian provides it.
